The top-mounted single pulley reduces friction and improves vertical rescue efficiency, while the integrated winch system enables controlled lifting and lowering of personnel or equipment. Equipped with dual-action steel connectors, foldable anti-slip feet, and stabilizing chains/straps, it ensures reliable safety during operation.
